I have had to pinch that piccy, it had me laughing in my glum state.
Just lately these lapses of anger at my ex have become hard to bear again, its so hard giving and then having abuse hurled at you, AA says you got to be nice and serene when you feel like a volcano inside

Hi Kathy, spoke to my sponsor yesterday at AA and he said I have got to start seeing things from other peoples point of view not just my own, hes right isnt he
