What I have come to realize in doing my first step with my sponsor and reconstructing a drinking history, is that I dont have one. Its not about comparing as you state, but I cant really identify. However, if you replace the word "alcohol" with the word "food", it describes me to a T. This isnt about wanting to drink, because I dont. That isnt where my head is at.
